Reaching more fans on your Facebook page is not only concerning “showing off.” Regardless of everything you can hear out there, further fans you boast, more people get to see your posts. This is basic maths. But that is when the fans you get are what we call ‘quality fans’, meaning folks that care about your brand and who are more expected to engage with your content.
Don’t hurry into Facebook ads just yet, though. There is a further way to employ good fans.
We frequently go about recruit new fans for our Facebook pages, eager they will engage with our content. When what we should really be doing is to convince people who like our content to also like our page, so they can see more of our content. What if I told you, there is a way to do just that, and built in Facebook too.
A discreet – and surely underused- feature on Facebook pages lets you invite people who liked your posts to also like your page.
To access this feature, simply click on the number of likes under any post on your page. You’ll automatically get a list of every user who has liked the post, and, on the right of each user’s name, you will see a button that shows if the user has already liked your page. If a user has not done so yet, you can invite him/her with just one click of a button!
Getting people to engage with your content is hard enough. Now you can also get the benefits of your hard work, by simply inviting these people to also like your Facebook page. No doubt that they will become highly engaged users.
